Patti and the staff of Expressions in Silk Bridal and Prom are great. I had such a wonderful experience finding the best wedding dress for my wedding. This is the kind of bridal shop you go to! They will do whatever they can to make sure that you are happy. I bought my gown through them and ordered my bridesmaid's dresses there too. Alterations lady is an expert. I've never seen poor work from her.

I've always had great service here. I'm a plus size person and was very worried about finding a wedding dress. I ended up paying 1/2 of what I was budgeting because they were able to help me find a company that fits my needs. I've also used their seamstress and florist. I can't rave enough about both of them! I've recently gone back to them for other dress needs. So glad to have found them!!!

Poor customer service, terrible communication. Only one employee actually knew how to help fit us to our dresses (it she hadn't shown up I would have walked out - but now I wish I had). Given incorrect information, told I would be called personally the day my dress came in and I never heard from them!
