My chevy truck had an engine light that was coming on and my local mechanic couldn't make it stay off. Patsy Lou found in pretty fast. They only had my truck one night and said a sensor was bad, that a lot of them have that problem. They got it fixed and it hasn't come on again. I just wish they could keep this truck from rusting so bad!

Don't Take Your Car Here For Service. The service I receive from Patsy Lou was horrible. I had some work done that was necessary for me to use a dealer or else I would have use my own mechanic. They had my car for almost 2 months because they could not find parts charged me $2,500 and the parts only cost $500 and the rest was labor I suppose. Only to get my car back and Cruise didn't work and my service engine soon light was on. I brought my car back in and was told I need to replace two parts, parts that work fine before I had brought it in. I had told them over and over that nothing was wrong before I had brought it in and they completly ignored me. I was not going to pay them anymore money whether it was going to be fixed or not!!!! Tim the head service guy acts like your best friend and he is going to take care of you, makes you feel like you are good hands, BUT YOU ARE NOT! Take your vehicle anywhere but HERE!!!
