worst experience in a dance facility. this is based on my experience and my opinion only. this place smells every week i take my kids to dance class. the teachers are not very nice, it takes 2 weeks to get to get a call back from the facility. no measurements are taken for costumes, she looks horrible in it, costumes are ugly. over priced for this service, a dance video would of been better than attending here. very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my billing is always wrong, charged me double twice. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

beware. Owner's daughter very rude! I left this daycare because of her. Please beware! However the employees are very nice and great with the children. The daycare at Grand Pointe is VERY clean. Just be careful if you chose this daycare the owner's daughter is very rude.

I do not recommend Terry Matlock daycares.. Was told by owner that my child may no longer be able to attend if I file a claim in small claims court against her employee for damages caused when she backed her car into mine and declined to have her car ins. co. cover the deductible. I have a very hard time believing Terry really cares about the children after the statemant she made when my child has been there since she was 6 mo. old and she is now 4.
