I love guns galore. They sold me some good guns on layaway that I would have never been able to afford otherwise. When I asked for advice they were very helpful. The people there made me feel at ease asking questions. I'm glad they are here and I will remain loyal when I will be looking for a revolver and an AR15. Yes they are busy but it is well worth the wait.

Their claim to have the best prices is a ridiculous; they have some of the highest prices around, and very little stock compared to other businesses in the area. Some of the guys there are quite helpful, but the pony-tailed boy/girl is a joke. I asked if he had an extra magazine I could buy for a gun I just bought there, he went to check. I commented that I would take three if he had them. He went into a rant, shouting that I was "not going to wipe him out of magazines", and telling other people I was trying to buy up all of his magazines, over and over. Customers were looking like I was robbing the business. Calm down little boy; take a deep breath, you are not in middle school any more. If you are in the area, Williams Gun Sight has better prices, and is run by people who are mature and professional. I would definately avoid this place, you have much better options.

Customer service is very slow and unorganized. prices not the best. pawn shop has better deals. owner is very rude and unhelpful. I Will not spend any more hard earned dollars there. As for the other comment you go there to get there expertise, they are supposed to be proffesionals !!!!

To the complainers. The people that complain about the folks at guns galore must realize that because it is the best priced and busiest shop around that its quite difficult for the handful of salespeople to give the attention that some people seem to need. My suggestion is to do your research on the internet and know what it is you want BEFORE going there! If that is not possible, then it is advised to practice PATIENCE.
