Worst restaurant in the Fenton area.
Do not go to this restaurant unless you enjoy an hour and a half for a table, or maybe go there if you want to FORCE a place to give you a table as we had to, then you have to complain to get any food out of them, which will not all come at the same time, my SALAD finally appeared after the rest of our party was done eating!!! The when we complained about how long it took to get food, they said it had only been 35 minutes since our order but when the manager said this the majority of our group STILL did not get their food for another 10 minutes after!!!! And I got my SALAD 20 minutes after that!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

Started good, slipping fast.
There's the French Laundry in wine country, CA and then there's this place which doesn't resemble that place in the least. I've lived in CA and NYC, London and eaten in great restaurants worldwide.
The first two times I went I was very excited to have anything remotely close to fine dining (with a casual bistro atmoshphere) in this part of Michigan but over the last few (over a period of about a year) the quality has totally diminished.
Good things:
Orangina is served here!
Mushroom and barley soup- flavorful and delicious
Chicken p0t pie- nice sized chunks of white meat, good gravy, just enough veg and flaky crust.
Strawberry rhubarb pie- one of the best I have ever tasted.
Creme brulee- very creamy and good but need to be careful melting sugar because they melt the custard sometimes too.
Charcuterie platter- Nice big platter, good selection of quality goodies and condiments.
French dip sandwich- Generous with the meat, not fatty, good bread and jus.
Things that have left much to be desired:
Lobster p0t pie- good concept and tasty enough, but it had seriously two small pieces of lobster and many huge chunks of potato in it, also the top crust was undercooked and gooey
Greek salad- I'm not sure how you can screw up such a simple salad but it had no flavor whatsoever. The dressing tasted like plain olive oil, no seasoning or salt and mine didn't come with feta, but goat cheese.
Loup De Mer- I waited almost an hour for this dish to arrive to my table and when it did, it was raw near the bone and i couldn't eat most of it. What i did eat of it lacked any sort of seasoning or flavor and I did have to salt, pepper and lemon it to no avail. Very disappointing.
So-so- french onion soup. Better than Applebee's but not by far!
It has potential. Season the food. Make it same quality as their baked goods. I can cook a better meal myself. Why bother driving there?
Good dining- Very hard to come by here. Please improve.
