I am not a regular at writing reviews but after my experience at Jim Waldron's service center I had to. I was really impressed with the service department it was organized they got me in and out in under 10 mins. They gave me a ride home and picked me up later that day. It ended up being a little cheaper then they said it would be so what is not to love about that...anyway overall it really was a good experience. Thank you

I love this place. I bought a used Terrain (which I LOVE) from them. With my warranty I had a couple of things that needed fixing, and everything has been done with no hassle. I have never had this experience with a dealership before. They answer all my questions, are great to interact with and even gave me a rental.

Ask for Carol!

I highly recommend this place.

Below Average Oil Change. I had received 4 free oil changes for having a Pontiac car. I had taken it to Jim Waldron for my first of 4 and unfortunately they left the drain plug undone about a 1/4 turn causing oil to leak out. I spoke with their service manager regarding this and he just said that he'd love for me to come and get my other oil changes there, unfortunately that will not happen.

Jim Waldron's used car staff is the best I have ever dealt with.. I drove from E. TN to Davison to purchase a GMC Sierra 3500. Considering the long misreable trip the dealership made the transaction a wonderful experience! There was no waiting, and the paper work exactly as stated! I was back on the road to TN with my Vehicle in record time! I would rather drive to Jim Waldron's to purchase a vehicle than to buy one locally from the Crooks here. My hats off to Clint Johnson and the used Car Staff at Jim Waldron's Davison MI! From the HILLBILLY in TN! Oh and that Tony Stewart hat is on the way!
