Capelli's sucks. Judy will do anything to get $400 and all she's selling is broken promises. "if anyone thinks its not your real hair, You will get your money back" when you bring this up to her when you want your money back, she will say "i never said that" - LIAR!

Judy has some medical tube hanging from her arm and doesn't cover it. She will tell you about the fungus in her bladder.- (GROSS much)? and tell you about all her gay friends. - (professional much)? Capelli's salon is filthy. Judy was sweet as candy to me until i asked for my money back. She will order hair in the wrong color and not tell you about the re-stocking fee to send the product back...and not mention that its all on your dime until the last minute.

Judy is a trash-can. Most people around this area of town have a terrible story to tell you about this salon + Judy. Judy will set an appointment with you....then call you 4-5 times the day of the appointment asking you "can you come in a little early today?" etc. or "i finished with a client early...can you come in at a later time?"

Judy is selfish and doesn't realize that I have a 30 minute drive one-way and can't just come in anytime she wants. Judy's customer service skills suck....so does her personality! I don't recommend getting your hair cut here or dealing with Judy in her private office.

She sprays her customers down with a spray bottle instead of using the sink to shampoo her clients. (this is dirty by the way) This woman is a nut-case... and very rude to paying customers. Judy never answers her phone either when you call. The phone just rings and rings.

Another time, I went to my appointment at capelli's, and the salon was closed. A sign on the door read "closed for an emergency". Its clear judy wants to be a stay-at-home grandma and can't afford to do so. Don't go to this salon! I never felt welcome by Judy, and i won't go back ever again! Judy is a money-hungry scam-artist!
