Fitness for the good. My son and I just recently walked into this fitness center, the owner was very nice. I had explained that I needed to lose weight and that I decided to join the gym, he said that he would help in any way to get to my goals. My son wants to build up muscle and slim down to. This means that I will be also changing my eating habits as well, and I want to at least lose most of my weight , not only for myself or my son, but then maybe I will get the successful job I am looking for, the energy that I need, and men who will finnally look my way for a change.

Both my son and I are joining this gym as soon as possible.
