alex- response from the salesperson at Good Car. There is not a lot of markup in a $4995 car that we have serviced and put warranty on. You came in and said "I want to drive that car but there is no way I will give you what your asking", "I will give you $4,000 at best if i like it". At that point, there was no reason for you to take the car for a ride. After a test drive a car needs washing and gassing. Every time a car leaves the lot with one of our dealer plates there is a risk that we assume. Sorry your experience was not what you expected.

Not so good....at all..... Just had the worst experience with Mike at "Good Car Co" in Fenton. Mike, a recommendation for future dealings: Do not deny somebody a test drive just because they say all they want to spend is 80% of the price tag of the car you're selling. I mean REALLY? Horrible, just horrible. The only 5 star review you have is written by "Good Car Co" Never make assumptions that somebody can't afford something Mike. Here's the assumption I'll make to you... I assume the 30 five star ratings were all created by you.

Great company. This is the first used car I have purchased (always new cars), and have been totally pleased with the way everyone at Good Car Co. worked with me. I have never been so comforable with a purchase before. The Car is just great and I would recommend this group to be fhe first stop you make to look at automobiles. They followed up on every little detail they said they would take care of. I have never had such good service when purchasing a new car. You can trust the whole group that are providing a serivce that is had to find today. Thank you Michael, Mike, and Joe- I love my Audi more than any car I have ever owned.

Be Cautious. My experience at The Good Car Co prove that they are only "good", "honest", and "trustworthy" on their terms. My car required over $2000 worth of repairs in the first 2 months of owning. About 1/3 were due to old age, and I expected that. However, one problem in particular arose as a fault of the mechanics the Good Car Co uses. I took the car to one of the service places on the warranty. They told me the problem was too invasive for them and to take it to the dealership. The dealership that the previous work on the car was not done in a quality manner. When I contacted the Good Car Co, they said that they would only help if I drove over an hour and had their mechanics, the ones who messed up in the first place, fix it. That is not honesty or integrity
