Customer ain't right................. My reservation was not honored and we were forced to sit at the bar and take a table in a banquet room that lacked any intimacy or ambiance.

The table literally fell apart as we sat down.

Very unprofessional handling of the entire affair.

Food was average, pre-prepared-tasting.

Billing errors.

The staff began to "clear out" the room by cleaning up and clearing off tabletops, giving us a clear signal that they wanted us out of there.

Absolutely no official apology from management for the reservation snafu.

Nice interior... that's about it though.. My friends and I always heard great things about this place so when my best friend wanted to order a nice dinner spread for her boyfriend's birthday, we chose Brick Street. When we got there, we sat at the bar for over 10 minutes with not so much as a hello from the bartender, who only had about 8 other people sitting at her bar. When we ordered the food - which totaled to over $100 - and said it was to go, she seemed soooo irritated. Even when we explained that her boyfriend didn't get home until nearly midnight and they closed at midnight that night, she just walked away to put in our order. The whole time we waited, she never refreshed our drinks as we watched the game. When we finally got the food, we checked it all and she asked what we were looking for and we told her we just wanted to make sure everything was there. She rolled her eyes and returned with another bag of small boxes. The food presentation was horrible. It looked like everythiing was just thrown into the boxes with no care whatsoever. My friend was nearly in tears with what she got for the high price she paid for it all. Needless to say, the bartender didn't get a tip from us and never will - IF we ever go back.

Great all around resturant!. Serving over 130 different menu items and over 14 different cheesecakes.... This place is variety. You can dine in a large classy bar or in a nice dinning area with great ambiance. The service is always friendly. My husband and I dine here with or without our two children (5yrs & 5month old) Great appetizer to try is Cheese bread served with maranara sauce! Also Steaks are always tender and not full of msg. Beware kids burgers are 1/2 lb!
