Good experience

We had windows put in our house back in 1991 and we had a excellent sales person, customer service, and the instulation went off without a hitch, we had no work after they completed the job. The windows looked great and we have not had a problem with them.
We since have purchased a new home and have hired Paramount to do the work again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Like everybody else I can say that it was a very unpleasant experience. I stopped it in time. I hope I will get my security deposit back.
The sale person came, made a multitude of promises and when I had issues or questions he could not be found. What they promised I will get and what they were going to give me was a totally different product. In order to give me what they have promised it was going to cost me another $4,000.00.
Please stay away from these people if you do not want big headaches.

Total misrepresentation of product, horrible customer service, lack of consideration for customer. Absolutely worst business practices I've ever seen! 1 star is too much, but I couldn't give any less.
