Doug and his staff are really great! One of the main reasons we continue to use State Farm is because of the personal service. They have even called me before on my birthday , not just calling to sell you something, he looks out for your best interest.

Doug and his representatives are right on the ball with everything here. He knows you as an individual and treats you like a friend. They are there to answer all of my questions and concerns and just provide me with all around great service.

Great customer service with my claim. I made a mistake and was in a car accident last summer. It was not a pleasant experience but Doug let me know that everything would be fine and taken care of. They really lifted a bunch of pressure off my shoulders. Even though it was my fault the claim process went smoothly and I was happy that everything got taken care of with the other person and there vehicle. They helped me so much and really care about you here.

The Best Insurance Agent in Town!. Doug Mercer has handled my insurance polices for many years and has done an excellent job. I've never had to complain and everything is great. I would tell my family and friends to go to him if they needed insurance services because I know he will give them the best. -D.B.

The Best Insurance Service!. Doug Mercer provides the best insurance services in town. I really like that he provides excellent personal customer service. He cares about his clients and its easy to see. When there was a tornado and the power was out he offered to give me his generator and I really appreciate that. He always keeps me informed about my insurance policies and provides the best rates insurance rates in Fenton, MI. I'm grateful that he's my insurance agent and I would definitely recommend his services to any and everyone. -L.D.
