thanx alot girls!. i was thinking about getting my hair done here but, i will be going elsewhere... i've seen and heard really good things about Identity Salon, in Grand Blanc....

I totally disagree. Megan has always done an amazing job on my cut and colors. She has always been friendly and never made me wait. She is way more helpful and informative then my previous stylist and seems very educated in what she does. I also disagree with the post stating the salon is dirty. It has always been clean and all the girls seem very professional when I'm in there.

Save your money. I totally agree with the previous review. I had an appointment and had to wait almost half an hour to see Megan. She was unfriendly and cut my hair uneven. I will be getting it fixed this weekend somewhere else. This place is a total joke. You'll get a better hair cut putting a bowl over your head and cutting your hair yourself then you would if you went here.

Don't do it!. First, the women working at this "salon" need to sweep up the massive amounts of hair laying all over the counter tops and chairs. While they're at it, maybe they can clean their stations, display shelves, etc. Also, try not to dress like you're going to a strip club, going to clean a barn or going to an 80's party. Finally, learn to cut hair. How can a simple haircut (1/2 inch and clean up my layers) turn into my hair being 2 inches shorter on the left side and bangs that taper to a point? This place is a joke, staffed by women who need to go back to school and owned by a woman who obviously doesn't understand customer service.

Nearly ruined my wedding day. I hired Shannon & Jamie from this salon to do hair & makeup for myself & my 5 bridesmaids for my wedding Sept 2008. They never showed up, never called, nothing. Just left me hanging there. While I my honeymoon I got an email from Jamie stating she was really sick the night before. Apparently sooooooo sick that no-one on her behalf or shannon (who i was never given as excuse as to why she didn't show up) could call me. I hope one days that these girls get married & someone nearly ruins their wedding day!!!

I have held off on posting this review as I wanted to allow them to do right by refunding the money I paid for my trial run at the salon & to date (just approaching my one year anniversary) I have yet to get a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone, even it if was the only place in the area to use. I can't believe I've never received an official apology from these girls or my refund.

Husband response. I am the husband of one of the clients...they call our home day before the appointment and have always been very very kind..also my wife who is always beautiful stays that way by going to their Salon...

great customer service. The girls at Imagine Salon really took the time to meet my needs! I am a very busy person with little time to spare, my stylist was on time and very proffesional! She is terrific at offering me a change and understanding if that is not what I want. I've seen a couple of girls at Imagine Salon over the past three years and I have left very happy and satisfied with the service performed and the value when it was all said and done. I LOVE that they offer to schedule my next appointment, even my next three so that I can schedule it into my busy world. I recommend this salon to all of my friends and family, because they are doing a great job!

User review by shannonob. Today wasw my second visit to this salon, they called me 2 days prior to remind me of my appointment, and were very curtious. They even told me that my stylist had extra time and if I would enjoy a spa treatment she could do that for me! WOW, this salon is outstanding!

Fun, Friendly place. I love how they listen to me when I talk about my hair and what I want to do with it!.. they have a new look to the salon and a few new people which makes it really fun to come in. They all are so friendly and I always come out feeling awesome!
